How a project works

Four steps from first email to launch.

    Talk it through

    Email me about your business and what you want your website to do. If you already have a site, a Checkup is a good place to start.

  2. 2

    Plan and quote

    I map out the pages and the one next step each should lead to. You get a fixed written quote before any work begins.

  3. 3

    Design and build

    I help write the words and, on a Growth Site, take the photos. You review everything before it goes live.

  4. 4

    Launch and keep it working

    You get training and short how-to videos. A Care Plan keeps the site fast, secure, and current after launch.

FAQ

Good questions to ask any web designer.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain, your content, and your site files belong to you. If you ever move to another designer or host, I'll hand everything over.

How long does a new site take?

A Starter Site usually launches in about 4 weeks. A Growth Site takes 6 to 8 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly we can gather your words and photos, and I help with both.

I already have a website. Where do I start?

Start with the $199 Website Checkup. You'll get a ranked list of fixes. Some you can make yourself, and if a rebuild makes sense, the $199 counts toward it.

Will I be able to update it myself?

Yes. Every site includes training, and I record short how-to videos for the tasks you'll do most. If you'd rather not, a Care Plan covers small edits each month.

Do you work with clients outside Kentucky?

Yes. Most of my clients are local, but I work by video call and email with clients anywhere in the U.S., including a family farm in Oregon.

Do you offer discounts for churches and nonprofits?

Churches and registered nonprofits get 15% off any build. I'm also glad to talk through what a template platform could do for you if that's the better fit.
